We are able to offer on demand adhoc charter in various locations, and where we do not currently have aircraft we are able to help coordinate your charter requirements through partner operators with a completely transparent service fee. We are able in most cases to receive discounted pricing.

Either you know exactly what you need based on your current fleet, or you recognise the opportunity but need some support in scouring the market for a specific mission capability. We have access to the best Fixed Base Operators (FBO) and will follow your flights preparation from start to finish to ensure there are zero nasty surprises where things would otherwise not normally go to plan. We ensure that every special detail and dozens more are accounted for and provided at the right price. Our fees are fully transparent and invoiced.

  • Wet Lease means to lease an aircraft on ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) basis to the airlines that required extra capacity for a specific period and aircraft type, from the airlines that has availability.
  • Dry Lease means to lease an aircraft to the fleet for use under the own Air Operator Certificate to the airlines that required extra capacity for a specific period and aircraft type, from the Lessor who has availability.
  • Charter or a Series Charter means an air carrier provides flights between specified points on a regular basis, usually weekly, so that holiday arrangements can be organized back-to-back.

Any Special Requirement (Age limit, engine performance preference, JAA&FAA&EASA requirements …etc). Potential Dry Lessee’s also should provide their Business Plan and Financial Status for Lessor’s review.

Potential LESSOR: Companies who need to use our service to market their aircraft availability on Wet lease or Dry Lease should contact us with the following detailed application and attachment of aircraft latest technical specifications, actual interior and exterior photos:

  • Current Base of Aircraft (with IATA codes);

Any Special Requirement (Countries forbidden, companies forbidden …etc). Mandate letter MUST be requested from the Lessor on specific deal and term basis. On the agreement phase Wademekum will send it’s commission agreement to the Lessor to sign just after Agreement will be prepare under the necessary terms and conditions then sign together with Lessor, Lessee and Agent.
